How do I delete a tribute page?

We understand that the needs of our community may change. If you would like a tribute page to be permanently deleted from the MemoryPort platform, simply submit a request and our team will take care of the rest!

Important notes on deleting a tribute page:

• Only an admin of a tribute page can request that page be deleted.
• When a deletion request is received, the tribute page and all of its associated content—including any welcome message, obituary, and previously posted memories—are permanently deleted from our system and are NOT be recoverable.
• MemoryPort user accounts are NOT deleted when a tribute page is deleted. You will still be able to log in to your account and post memories on other tribute pages.

After the tribute page is deleted:

• The entire tribute page will no longer be accessible to you or any site visitors.
• Visitors will see an error page if they attempt to visit the deleted tribute page's original URL.
